We’re proud of our high-class facilities, many of which are new or have been recently renovated to cater for students’ training needs. Computer and skills laboratories, hostels, classes, conference rooms, library and dinning hall are all available to ensure students’ conducive learning atmosphere.
The completion of an ultra-modern building currently under construction, which will house more laboratories, classes and offices, is expected to further boost our efforts in making Embu MTC a health training hub for the Eastern region.
Embu MTC has staff quarters situated near the college so that faculty and staff can take care of students’ learning needs. A house keeper resides within the college premises to cater for students’ needs.

The student facilitating club (STUFFAC) for nursing and clinical medicine students guides you throughout your student life, ensuring you master important medical skills in the lab before you go to the Clinical area to deal with real patients.

Clinical Experience Centers
Our close proximity with Embu Provincial General Hospital – Level V ensures that our students get the much-needed exposure to the top-of-the art equipment and other facilities.
For clinical experiences, our students are attached to Kiritiri, Kianjokoma and Kibugu health centers, local health facilities which familiarise them with real-life experiences in the communities where they will eventually work upon graduation.
Our team of dedicated tutors makes weekly visits to follow up on the performance of the students.
