
CAMPUS UNITES HERITAGE AND CONNECTIONS IN VIBRANT CULTURAL AND ALUMNI DAY
Campus Principal Dr. Jacinta N. Mukonzo lauded the students for recognizing and honoring their diverse cultural backgrounds. She encouraged all students to register as members of the KMTC Alumni Association, highlighting its importance in fostering lifelong connections and networking.
“Students, staff, and even stakeholders can register as associate alumni of the College,” Dr. Mukonzo stated, emphasizing that the alumni community plays a vital role in supporting KMTC’s growth and mission.
The celebrations also featured a tree-planting ceremony, symbolizing unity, growth, and sustainability. Led by Dr. Mukonzo, alumni and students came together to plant trees as a lasting reminder of the event’s significance.
The alumni were honored with a cake-cutting ceremony, a heartwarming moment that rekindled memories of their time on campus. The Cultural Day segment showcased a rich display of traditional attires, dances, and culinary skills, as students proudly presented performances reflecting their unique cultural backgrounds.
This event held on November 15, 2024,comes as KMTC continues to celebrate and strengthen its alumni network, following the recent launch of its Alumni Office. The initiative underscores KMTC’s commitment to fostering a sense of belonging and pride among its graduates.
